My family and I had a really disappointing experience at this resort. While it was supposed to be a fun summer getaway, we faced numerous issues from the moment we arrived. It started with the reservation process, where the price was unexpectedly hiked when we checked in. The staff lacked hospitality skills, and the amenities promised were non-existent. The pool was mostly closed, leaving us feeling cheated. Overall, it's a place I cannot recommend, especially for families looking for a safe and enjoyable stay.
